Social Media Coordinator


Social Media Coordinator is passionate about helping clients reach their network. 

The Social Media Coordinator works directly with the Arrow Marketing leadership team to ensure consistent and effective social media content and messaging for all Arrow Marketing client accounts. The Social Media Coordinator also works closely with our clients, vendors, and freelancers to create methods to enhance a brand’s visibility and market share. The Social Media Coordinator conducts analysis and market research to understand customer behavior, then uses that information to develop marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, drive customer growth, improve a client’s positioning, and generate revenue.

This role balances creative, analytical, and strategic thinking. The Social Media Coordinator should be detail oriented and self-driven with the ability to thrive in an independent environment.


  • Assist in developing a Voice for all clients based on research, experience, industry and client knowledge.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Creating original text, image and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers
  • Forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and success of a product or service to help develop strategies that succeed in a changing marketplace and anticipate shifting customer profiles.
  • Develop recommendations, and do market research analysis with the goal to come at each client with an open mind and strategy for their specific needs.
  • Implement, monitor, and report on targeted social media ad campaigns.
  • Deliver ideas and concepts that set our clients apart from their competitors.
  • Create monthly content calendars for assigned clients

Skills & Proficiency

  • Great communicator who is skilled in listening for the best ideas that will move our clients forward, regardless of where the concept generated.
    Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Social media photography skills, a good eye for angles and ability to express our clients value to their industry through imagery.
  • Canva, PhotoShop, InDesign, or similar graphic design software preferred
  • Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Sponsored posts, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Video Editing/IG Reels/Tik Tok
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Professional Social Media Experience
