Social Media & Project Coordinator

Arrow Marketing, Media & Consulting is seeking a Social Media and Project Coordinator to complement our lively culture and add to our expanding team.

Self-motivated with marketing expertise, a passion for storytelling, and a good imagination are the requirements. Basic graphic design skills are a must; an experienced graphic designer is a bonus.

In addition to creating content and helping brands have their voice heard, this role will require a big-picture thinker; someone who wants to strategize and keep accounts on track, as well as keep up with all of the latest trends in digital marketing.


  • Create and assist in developing a Voice for all clients based on research, experience, industry and client knowledge
  • Generate and implement compelling social media content for multiple clients across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Create, monitor, and report on targeted ad campaigns that align with clients’ marketing goals
  • Develop recommendations, and do market research analysis with the goal to come at each client with an open mind and strategy for their specific needs
  • Organize project logistics to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in organizing reports, contracts, and other documents
  • Maintain client relationship with in person meetings for strategy and content as well as other project coordination

Skills & Proficiency

  • Great communicator who is skilled in listening for the best ideas that will move our clients forward, regardless of where the concept generated.
    Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Social media photography/video skills, a good eye for angles and ability to express our clients value to their industry through imagery
  • Canva, Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, or similar graphic design software preferred
  • Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Video Editing/IG Reels/Tik Tok
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Professional Social Media Experience

This is primarily a work from home position, however, in person client meetings, team meetings and duties pertaining to accounts, are required.
