Arrow Marketing, Media & Consulting kicked off its first official meeting in March of 2016. A shift in the marketing world and a better work/life balance led us to where we are today. This is a deeply rooted core value for us because we know first-hand how frustrating it is to miss out on doing something you love for another meeting that could have been an email. As we watched the media landscape rapidly change, we saw a need for honest, client focused marketing. This organization doesn’t fight change, we embrace it, accept it is an inevitable part of our business environment and maximize all opportunities for our clients. We prioritize our clients’ success above all else & our goal is to enhance client satisfaction, build strong relationships and be the consistent, strategic partner for their business. We are more than just their “marketing and advertising team,” we are an extension of their brand and their company. We treat their business as if it were our own. We are in our 6th year and although it hasn’t all been easy, we would do it all over again. We are a team, we support each other in every way we can, and we are better because of it. Reliability is possibly Arrow Marketing’s most valuable trait. Put simply, we do what we say and strive to be the most reliable person in the room. We take initiative and action to pursue client goals and complete the tasks at hand. It’s in our company’s DNA. We have 3 partners, Shannon Storozyszyn, Lexi Smith, and Nicole Howell, plus the amazing employees that make it all work.

Arrow Marketing was a 2020 Reader Rankings Finalist. Arrow Marketing is a member of the South Oklahoma City Chamber.

Lexi Smith

Partner

Lexi graduated from SWOSU in December of 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Political Science. Lexi’s first job out of college was as a marketing coordinator for a private weather company but soon became the marketing director at a local medical research facility. It was there that she learned the ins and outs of traditional media buying. After a few years as a marketing director Lexi was recruited to a local OK broadcast television station to sell commercials. After 3 and a half years in television sales Lexi found herself drawn to digital products so when a local media company (Oklahoman) came to her with an opportunity to join their digital team she knew the timing was right. Over the next 6 years Lexi’s role evolved so that she learned not just digital marketing services but also printing and newspaper products.

Fun Facts about Lexi:

Lexi met her husband in a political science class during her sophomore year of college. They now have 2 amazing girls (8 &5). Lexi volunteers at her children’s elementary school and is a board member of the PTA. She loves music of all kinds and enjoys attending concerts and music festivals.

Shannon Storozyszyn

Partner

Shannon graduated from OSU in May 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. Shannon’s first job out of college was selling advertising at a local oldies radio station, but was recruited to a local OKC broadcast station to sell television commercials, where she stayed nearly a decade. Even though she loved tv sales and didn’t want to leave, she was recruited to a position at the Oklahoman selling mostly digital marketing solutions but also included newspaper and direct mail advertising. She spend those 5 years learning the intricacies of digital and what it takes to have a successful digital marketing imprint.

Fun Facts about Shannon:

Shannon is married to her college sweetheart and they have three energetic boys (12, 12, and 4) that keep her busy volunteering at their schools and driving around town for lots of sports.  She loves to spend all of her spare time outdoors, including their family’s “happy place” at Lake Texoma. When she can find a few minutes of leisure time she likes to read.

Nicole Howell

Partner

Nicole graduated from the University of Oklahoma in December 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Political Science and History. Nicole’s first job out of college was selling advertising at the state’s largest media company, The Oklahoman. She remained employed there for more than 10 years. In her tenure there, she developed an expertise in the vast world digital media, newspaper, direct mail, commercial printing, media buying and consulting.

Fun Facts about Nicole:

Nicole is married with two boys and girl (16,6 & 3). She has an affinity for event planning and loves throwing a good party. She spends most of her spare time camping and boating with her kids, crafting with her mom, traveling when she can, and socializing with friends and family.

 

Kalea Dion

Social Media and Project Coordinator

Kalea graduated from South Dakota State University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. During Kalea’s time at SDSU, she found a passion for social media and graphics. She loves the creative outlet social media provides and enjoys assisting companies to stand out with cohesive branding!

Fun Facts about Kalea:

Kalea is a military spouse and married to her high school sweetheart! She loves to travel and explore the great outdoors with her husband and their beloved four-legged companions, Audi and Bentley. When Kalea isn’t adventuring, you can catch her at the gym or a concert!

Kerry Dixon

Agency Administrator

Kerry is a pop culture media maven with an eye for details and design. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Media in 2010, she spent nearly a decade at the state’s largest newspaper, gaining experience in digital marketing solutions, customer service, sales, and billing. She also owns and operates her own news website about North America’s largest pop culture convention, San Diego Comic-Con, with a readership of over 2 million.

Fun Facts about Kerry:

The San Diego Union-Tribune once called her Wonder Woman. Other than being famous exactly one week out of the year, Kerry spends the rest of her time with her 1.5 pugs, traveling, and yelling about TV and theatre.

Maddie Giffin

Social Media and Project Coordinator

Maddie is an experienced social media coordinator, and her creativity shines in her design work. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising with a minor in Fine Arts from the University of Oklahoma. Her passion for digital marketing began through creating affiliate content for her own Instagram page, along with working with small local businesses. It was with those experiences that she discovered the impact of building a community online to connect with people and the ability to create excitement around a brand.

Fun Facts about Maddie:

Maddie loves to travel and explore the outdoors. But on an average day, you can find her catching up with her latest tv series obsession, scanning the racks of a thrift store, or spending time with friends & family.

Alli Kliewer

Social Media and Project Coordinator

Alli graduated from the University of Oklahoma in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a minor in Management Information Systems. While at OU, Alli held multiple leadership positions that allowed her to give back to the community she cherished. With many years of experience in the wedding industry, Alli’s first job out of college was as a social media manager and event planner for a wedding venue. It was there that she learned customer satisfaction was found in caring for all the little details.

Fun Facts about Alli:

Alli spends her downtime enjoying the outdoors and staying active. In the summers you will find her in a game of sand volleyball or wakeboarding on the lake. She also enjoys scrapbooking, reading, baking, and snow skiing.

Jennifer Oller

Project Coordinator

Jennifer has over 12 years of experience in Operations and Project Management, 8 of which are in marketing. Jennifer has a true eye for detail and organization, with a diverse skillset that includes everything from managing operations and administrative tasks to client account management. Through the multiple roles Jennifer has had, she has worked diligently on creating and managing processes to help efficiencies with internal and client services, customer service, sales support, and client marketing solutions.

Fun Facts about Jennifer:

Jennifer is married and they have two children: a boy (9) and a girl (6). Her son plays competitive baseball and her daughter plays softball, so they are at the ballpark most weekends. When they aren’t at the ballpark, they are outside doing something – whether that be boating and swimming at a lake, playing at a park, or playing and swimming at a pool. Summer is their favorite time of year! Jennifer is also a world traveler and has visited 7 countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Czech Republic, South Korea and China.

Tyler Vaughn

Digital Content Manager

Tyler graduated from Oklahoma City University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. While at OCU, he was a four-year member of the varsity soccer team. After several years in the oil and gas industry, his love for soccer eventually led him to Energy FC, Oklahoma City’s professional team, where he was the Communications and PR Manager.

Fun Facts about Tyler:

Tyler and his wife, who also played soccer at OCU, founded the local Manchester United supporters’ group chapter. When they aren’t watching their favorite team, they are either traveling or chasing their three dogs: Bowser, Ziggy, and Pip.

Christina Wilkerson

Business Manager and HR Coordinator

Christina has spent the last 17 years developing her skills as a bookkeeper, Studio manager, and HR in industries such as Commercial Construction, Tattooing, Branding, and Marketing. She values relationships to her core and feels that business is nothing if it doesn’t start with something personable. A simple warm hello and a kind word go a long way to building lasting relationships that drive all our lives forward.

Fun Facts about Christina:

Christina is passionate about mental health and physical activity that brings balance to the mind, body, and soul, and enjoys being outside in the woods but hates snakes and will sacrifice even the closest of friends to get away. Outside the yoga studio, she spends her downtime developing meaningful relationships with her three teenagers, five big dogs, and 35 house plants.

Abby Zoller

Social Media and Project Coordinator

Abby graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a minor in Organizational Leadership. While at OU, Abby discovered her passion for social media and love of creativity after getting to work with small businesses around Norman on their social media accounts.

Fun Facts about Abby:

Abby loves to travel and be outdoors. Some of her favorite outdoor activities include snow skiing, wake surfing, or hiking. She loves to cook so you can almost always find her in the kitchen cooking up a new recipe and posting it on her Tik Tok account!
